Q The Winged Serpent Expandido, en Kronos Records
La discográfica Kronos Records editó recientemente el trabajo del compositor Robert O. Ragland para el thriller de terror fantástico Q The Winged Serpent (La Serpiente Voladora, 1982), dirigida y escrita por el mítico Larry Cohen e interpretada por Michael Moriarty, David Carradine, Candy Clark y Richard Roundtree.
Para esta película de monstruos de serie B de los 80, donde un detective y un delincuente aunaran esfuerzos para combatir a una serpiente voladora invocada tras unos asesinatos rituales, Cohen contó con el artesano Robert O. Ragland, quien ofrece un potente trabajo orquestal que ofrece todo lo necesario para brillar con intensidad con las imágenes y ser disfrutado fuera de las mismas.
Limitada a 300 copias y al precio de 16,00€, este lanzamiento ha sido expandido con respecto a la vieja edición de la discográfica italiana CAM, añadiendo algo más de media hora para deleite de los aficionados. Si estás interesado, no tardes mucho (ya se ha comentado que el ritmo de ventas de ésta edición se ha disparado).
